“Dear friend, I pray that you are doing well in every way. I pray that your body is strong and well even as your soul is.”
This is our prayer for you.
We’re so glad you’re here...
Whatever your perception of your current health, and whatever health goals you may have struggled to accomplish on your own, you are welcome here.
We believe whole health is for you.
We believe you are made for it.
We believe God created it.
Whole health is not about achieving someone else's standard or simply trying harder to change your habits. It begins with understanding how God designed you and learning to live according to His order.
At Wholly Healthy, we focus on the principle of stewardship. We empower people to take responsibility for their health, establish healthy boundaries, and practice the daily disciplines that support whole health. We empower you to establish a sense of authority over your health.
We believe inspiration from God is the key to making continual, life-giving choices for the soul and the body.
Our Vision
Wholly Healthy's vision is to see people understand, value, and practice whole health in their daily lives.
We want people to move beyond simply knowing what they should do and develop the understanding, vision, and practices necessary to live it.
What Does It Mean to Be “Wholly Healthy”?
The definition of wholly is entirely, completely, or fully.
To be wholly healthy is to pursue health as a whole person—spirit, soul, and body—according to God's design.
Living this way does not happen spontaneously. It requires our participation, our attention, and our dedication. It is a process of learning, choosing, practicing, and growing.
The Path to Whole Health
Transformation begins with a relationship with God and develops as understanding becomes value, value becomes stewardship, and stewardshipbecomes daily practice.
1. Connect
Connect to God and begin to receive the understanding you need.
We begin by looking to God as the source of truth, wisdom, and direction for our health.
2. Value
Value yourself and receive God’s vision for your health.
As we understand who God created us to be, we can begin to see our health differently and develop a clear direction for how we want to care for what He has entrusted to us.
3. Steward
Practice good stewardship by setting healthy lifestyle boundaries.
Stewardship means taking responsibility for what God has entrusted to us and learning to care for it according to His design. Boundaries create the space to make choices that support the health God is calling us to pursue.
4. Practice
Practice daily whole health disciplines and become the vision.
Understanding and vision become meaningful when they are practiced. Whole health is lived through the choices we make each day.
This is the vision of Wholly Healthy:
To understand whole health.
To value whole health.
To practice whole health.
To live it.
“I believe your life is valuable, and because your life is valuable your health is essential. I am here to give you support, understanding, and inspiration on your walk of whole health. My focus as coach is to learn about your specific health needs and goals, study God’s purpose in making you, and serve you in that! I am not the coach who is going to cheer loudly, tell you it’s all about the grind, hustle, or caffeine, or tell you tireless work is the only route to breakthrough. This has never been my message. Sometimes a steady tone showing up day after day is sufficient, sometimes remembering God’s word is the only thing, sometimes turning your phone off and taking a nap can change your entire trajectory. And, if you haven’t acknowledged it by now, the hype always gets tired. It spends most of the temporary high it provides avidly searching for the next reason up, because it always comes down. Life and days and trials can be really hard and they require us to ground ourselves- figure out who we are, who God is, and why we’re here. I do believe every human being is knit together by God in their mother’s womb, and created to yearn for whole health and connection to Our Maker in spirit, soul, and body. And I believe that God can do incredible things on our behalf according to His power at work within us.”
